The track is located approximately 3 miles north of the Blue Ridge Parkway and approximately 3 miles south of downtown Boone,N.C. approximately 1 mile off of Hwy 421.The track address is 748 Roby Greene Rd. Boone,N.C. 28607 at the High Country Fairgrounds.Plenty of FREE CAMPING on site for out of towners looking to make a weekend trip to the track.Lots of attractions and beautiful scenery minutes from the facility.There is no alcohol,food or drink allowed into the premises.We have a full line of concessions reasonably priced for you to enjoy at the track.General Spectator side admission is $10 for adults,Kids 7-11 $2  children 6 and under are FREE!!SPECIAL EVENT PRICES for the Spectator side are $12-$15 for Adults,$4 for kids 7-11, and children 6 and under are still FREE for the select events.We are a ALCOHOL-FREE, "family friendly" facility and do many things for the kids during our events regularly like KIDDIE RIDES,BICYCLE RACES,KIDS POWER WHEELS RACING, ECT. Or if you prefer,you can purchase a wristband for the pit area for $30 and you can see close up the drivers and their race cars in action.SPECIAL EVENT price for the Pit Area is $35.Bleacher seating is first come first serve and limited.You are allowed to bring your own seats.Group/church organization rates available upon request. Please check our SCHEDULE for a list of SPECIAL EVENTS.Mountain View Speedway is a 1/4 mile slightly banked dirt race track that operates most Saturday evenings from April  thru October with racing starting around 6 pm.The race track formerly known as Fairgrounds Raceway was closed for approx. 17 years.Mike & Cyndi Budka re-opened it in April of 2015 for Stock Car Auto racing and re-named the track Mountain View Speedway.The Fairgrounds also hosts various other events throughout the season.A County Fair,Small Tractor Pulls,Motorcycle Rallies, and a Beerfest are just some of events during the year at the facility.Please help us bring back a part of history that can benefit an entire community.Sponsorship packages are available upon request to fit anyone's budget...
